Refund Policy for Digital Products
Since the products we sell are digital (software, gaming files, and guides), they are deemed "used" immediately upon downloading or opening. Therefore, Adline Digital generally does not offer refunds or exchanges once the product has been delivered to your email.
Exceptions (We cover you): We stand behind our product. We will issue a full refund if:

The download link is broken and our support team cannot fix it within 48 hours.

The files are corrupt or do not match the product description.
How to Request a Refund: Please email us at adlinestore8118@gmail.com with your Order ID and a screenshot of the issue. We aim to resolve all technical issues first, but if we cannot get the game running on a compatible PC, we will issue a refund.
